I hope all the readers here had a great holiday and a very happy new! I know we did! I will follow up with a year in review in another post, but for now, here is a weekly update on progress on the Escamilla Law Firm Building.
Overall the stucco turned out pretty nice. We used a steel trowel finish. There are some areas that need some touched ups, but for the most part it went well. There is a lot going on inside the building and I need to post on all that progress soon as well.
The canopy is now being clad. We changed the cladding from a rain-screen hardy panel finish to a hardie board smooth finish, to be painted later. I am a bit ambivalent on that change, but I am confident our star builder Terra Homes will come through on the final finish of the canopy.
