(Above) The window overhangs, and canopy are installed and roofer well on his way providing the needed impervious membranes.

(Above) North east side of facade. The canopies are looking good, and the modified roof system is being applied.

(Above) South facade perspective. Gutters are being installed as part of modified roof installation.

(Above) As you can see the blown in insulation seals the interior roof/wall connection.

(Above) Tenant Space. The new tenant rental spaces are sure to be quite handsome when complete and include lots of natural lighting and ceilings over 12 feet.
